Excellent staff. Helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, and always great with my dog. The lobby does not feel like a vet's office, which is so nice for the dog. (Clean, comfortable, relaxing, upscale decor.) She doesn't realize where we are, freak out and try to leave, like she has at past veterinarian offices. My dog is always calm and comfortable, even in the exam room. Dr. Lister is intelligent, reassuring, and direct. Everything I want in a Vet. The prices are a tad high, but extremely worth it.
Great service quick and professional.. Treat your pets like family. As with all veterinary clinics they want to sell you some services. But they are not pushy just very suggestive. Always a good experience
We have FOUR 4-legged furry buddies (all dogs) and they have all been going to Ocotillo since we got them as puppies (2 are 8 yrs, 1 is 7yrs & 1 is 6yrs). The puppies & ourselves have EVERY SINGLE TIME been welcomed, treated with respect & never felt that we were a burden or inconvenience...even when we needed additional info & calls from the Doc! We have always felt that we are getting true & honest information, that is in the best interest of our pets. Ocotillo Animal Clinic is family-friendly and more importantly, pet friendly! ;-)
