Everyone at the clinic is always so caring. When I bring my animals in they always work within my budget.
Charged me a packaging fee for Nexgard that was 50% of the medication itself. There is no packaging involved. Its a box they get from the manufacturer and slap their sticker on the side. They wouldnt reverse the fee. Also, grossly overcharged me for getting my dog spayed. This clinic gouges you for money! Find somewhere else
I've been going to this vet office for years and they've always been friendly and very accommodating. They always thoroughly explained all necessary procedures and required shots. I would highly recommend them.
I'm being very generous with two stars. When I first went to Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic, I thought that they were the best and really cared. They scheduled my pet right away and they were affordable. Of course, that was years ago. Since then, they have gotten greedy and incompetent. After my daughter's dog passed away, I struggled to move forward in my life because I wish that I had taken the dog to any other vet. Due to the delay in care and the inadequate care, our family lost the sweetest puppy. He died alone in a cage at Arizona Animal Clinic and they had the audacity to charge us full price when they did nothing but let him die a horrible death. For a week, that's right a whole week, he was suffering from Parvo. We brought him in multiple times and we paid in full each time for them to send us home as if it wasn't a big deal. Never once did they consider he might have Parvo and needed urgent medical care. I advise you to look at reviews for better places. For anyone that is giving a review, I advise them to be honest and not pretend that "nothing could've been done" differently to save their pet. I just took my dog to another vet today and the care that he received is so far beyond the care that my daughter's dog received. Our pets are our family, they deserve every chance to live long and healthy lives.
Arizona Ave. Animal Clinic has been caring for our dogs for over 8 years. They are always attentive to our pets needs and questions. We are very comfortable when are dogs are in their care.
