The Dr and staff at this clinic we're extremely helpful when I came in earlier. My cat was seriously injured and they were warm and inviting. It made a tough experience easier. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
I love the care my animals get here. The doctor takes his time and does a thorough examination. The pricing is very affordable. He genuinely cares. He has seen my guniea pigs and my dog. When my daughter's guniea pig developed severe pneumonia and was not likely to make it, he was very caring and sensitive in the way he delivered the news. I highly recommend them and I honestly could not even believe some of the negative reviews I read. I think they went to a different place.
Worst place ever. Called last week to get put on the schedule for a cat declaw. I show up and they said I wasn't on the schedule. I had to go pick up my cat and we set it up for Fri. I just called them and again they said I wasn't on the schedule. Then they call back and say the cat needs blood work first. I said no one told me that, why didn't we do that Wed? Then Ed says I know you're upset you can go somewhere else. Wow, great customer service Ed! I think I will!
My first experience taking my dog here for a nail trim was awful. The staff at the front and the ones That trimmed his nails were great but the actual vet came out and proceeded to yell at me in the waiting area. I had asked if I could get a vet apt due to a ruptured cyst on my dogs neck and they said he was available but it would be a 59$ charge. Since my dog is prone to these I decided I could just take care of it on my own or consult my old vet in Mesa. The vet came out and proceeded to tell me that he had some kind of wart and needed to be surgically removed. He was insistent on me scheduling an apt since he gave me a freebie and when I declined he continued to argue with me and then said I should pay him for looking at it which I refused since I did NOT set up an apt with him. He chose to look and give me his opinion. Which I thanked him for and told him I would get a second opinion or contact my old vet. It was extremely uncomfortable, confrontational, and inappropriate. I absolutely do not recommend seeing this particular vet. I did not get his name, older male with glasses.He should absolutely apologize for his behavior, but no matter what, I will never do business here again. If you decide to go here after this be prepared to deal with a bully.
08/23/2018 edit (reply to your reply): I am absolutely certain that this is the right place and I am not confused. The bill was under my ex's name. We had found a kitten that had the tip of his tail with exposed bone necrosing and his paws with frostbite. Your clinic did not recommend surgery for his tail, and gave him an antibiotic that gave him severe diarrhea. When asking questions, our concerns were basically dismissed. When we saw him only getting worse after almost a week following your recommendations, we took him for a second opinion. He was treated very well there and we felt much more comfortable with their care instead. So no, I am not removing the bad review.
