We really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. We feel that everyone is very knowledgeable and are comfortable that our puppy is in good hands. As 1st time dog owners, taking our puppy to this facility has been a breath of fresh air and we are very happy with our decision to invest in the wellness plan.
This place was so great. Not only did they make us feel welcomed but also my baby boy who was hurt. He was so scared and nervous. But after they interacted with him, he got so excited. The doctor was very helpful in explaining what had happen to my pet and went into detail to explain his situation. I would continue to come here for further treatments in future.
The staff was amazing on the phone and when we arrived. My dog was attacked by another dog and they were the only emergency vet open in our area. Even though they were super busy they took great care of us and my dog. The inside is beautiful, clean, and professional. This is the only location I will be visiting for my animals needs. I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they all had a passion for animals. They are not just out to get as much money out of you as possible. The front desk lady that admitted us went out of her way to save us some $$. The nurse was great, she knew how to get our kitty to feel as safe and comfortable as possible in a strange place. Dr. Marquis was awesome as well. She gave us options and wasn't the typical pushy vet. She radiates the love and fire she has for her work.Also, the chairs they have were very much appreciated. They understand that you could be there a while and the seating was, by far, the most comfortable of any vet, doctor, dentist etc, that I have had to be seated in.
Two nights ago I visited this hospital with my two beautiful babies. The time had come for them to cross the unavoidable rainbow bridge. Without the care, sympathy, and love of these living angels, I dont believe I could have gotten through it. Sophia is a gift that was sent to me that night. She cried with me, walked me through the steps, and held me as I sobbed. I could go on and on but I wanted to write this review, through the tears, for two reasons: for the public to know that this is an amazingly caring facility; and for the staff to know how much I truly appreciate what they do day in and day out.
