Today I found a cat who had been hit by a car. This was the closest animal hospital and was recommended by another lady who also stopped. We took the cat, who was bleeding from the mouth in and the staff did not hesitate to take the cat and check him out. When I checked back they gave me an update and reassured me that there were a couple of places who would take him.I was very impressed by their care, they were very polite and professional. Thank you.

Ive been a banfield customer for 7 years. This locations staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I took my 9 year old dog in because she had scooted her vagina raw. While waiting for her prescriptions, the staff and doctor Deppert proceeded to make fun of her, not aware that I could hear every word. They made fun of her weight then mocked her diagnosis of dermatitis on the vagina and the staff proceeded to laugh and continue to make fun of my elderly dog who was in pain. I made a complaint through banfield corporate and stated to the vet assistant that I could hear their conversation and found it very offensive and unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this location again.
My pups typically see Dr. Rosado but the whole staff at this Banfield location has been so caring and kind with my guys. Dr. Rosado and the vet techs have provided exceptional care to my big guy who has dealt with more surgeries then needed. They are very reasonable in price and love the wellness programs. We moved across town (Queen Creek) and still chose to drive here for our pups exams/vet needs. We love Dr. Rosado & the whole crew, They are the best!!!
Excellent vet. Kind and compassionate. My dog was well taken care of and the price wasn't outrageous. Thank you we'll be back again.
