The receptionists, vet, and techs were all so very preofessional, kind and nice. Without hesitation, they worked with my budget when I expressed concern over it. Still though, the office was far too expensive. I had to skip out on valuable "treatment" due to me not having an extra $500-600 to dish out just on tests. My furbaby ended up dying only hours after our visit here.. there needs to be more options out there when affording vet care.
Incredibly great place to bring your furry loved ones for regular visits & major procedures. All of our come here & I would recommend them to anyone with 4 legged friends as I have.
So far so good. We just switched from using Banfield to Family Vetcare based on Yelp' reviews! I really liked meeting Carol and Doctor Mott, l felt confident our babies are in good hands.
I have been using this Vet for 20 years, the location in Ahwatukee. Ive taken all my pets here dogs and cats. Everyone is so caring. LaRue at the front desk is so kind and sweet, always very helpful! All the docs Ive seen through the years are wonderful. I started with Dr Olsen who was wonderful but no longer there. Sad to see him go but I now see Dr Sarah Derksen and Dr Carla Mott who are just as wonderful! Both my dogs have had issues with bladder stones and have had to have surgery and care by both Dr Derksen and Dr Mott. They have been amazing and Im so grateful for their care! Dr Derksen has helped my dog with pain management as well. He has a hx of traumatic injuries and she has been able to keep his chronic pain to his leg and back under good control so he can stay active. In addition, although its never easy to say goodbye to a pet this office has always been very compassionate and supportive with my past pets that had to be put to sleep. Everyone here has big hearts, so much empathy and support. They really care about your furry family.
Just awesome! My dog loves it! They are like his second family. Thank you for being the best at what you do, for taking care of our family member and always be willing to help. You keep in touch and always try to find a way to help in everything we need for Spike. We will be staying with you! Thank you!
