I waited close to 30 minutes for my food. Employee, Amanda, I believe her name was came to apologize because she didn't know what happened with my order. They tried to rush my order but I could no longer have dinner before my 8:45pm movie.i had to request my food to go. She did offer to write my name and phone number for a free entree on my next visit but that's not a location near me. I also ordered a half pint of fruit and was charged $6.99 for it. Employee said that half and full pint have the same price but still just gave me a half pint. I should have just requested for a refund. Horrible experience.
I love the place! Admittedly it took me a couple years to find this gem. I like the healthy choices on the menu. I usually get the chicken kabobs with Italian salsa verde sauce and a couple sides.I liked this place so much that I brought my coworkers for lunch!
Very good food with a lot of options. I ordered the mushroom and spinach piadina. A little too much spinach for my taste but the flavor was great. The mushrooms were seasoned just right and the sauce in it was fantastic. Had the pasta salad for the side and it was good as well, especially if you like feta cheese. Tried my daughter's hummus and it is something that I would order as well.
Amazing food and even better service. It's always positive when you see general managers working among their teams and catching people doing something right, which you'll see with David Currier (gm) a lot. I also have noticed that the staff at this location are unusually attentive to customers they see looking lost or waiting - whether you need to find a bathroom or are waiting for a to go order, the staff strives to take care of you whether you're an eat in guest or not. I also enjoyed hearing one of the cashier's mention to a customer that if they enjoyed their meal, that they should download the app to earn rewards. No pressure for the guest and it shows a simple confidence in the quality of their meals!
"My husband and I enjoyed our meal... Food was very tasty! :-) There is on thing...the surround sound was high. Unfortunately, they couldn't lower the music down after we asked. We had to talk a bit louder, as the music was right above us... and there were no other place inside the restaurant that we could seat down without listening to the loud music. We thought about going outside, but it was still warm. Hope they will have the sound adjusted to the perfect volume, as there is no need to have any loud music. We like to go there for the food and enjoy the ambient with a comfortable level of music. Thanks!"
