Based on the food, this would be a 4-star rating. It was very good and priced reasonably. The bread they serve is excellent and clearly baked on site, and the pecan green beans side is fantastic. Overall 5-star rating because of the service. Even though we were there on a busy Friday evening, our server (Ashley) answered our menu questions, made spot-on recommendations, and spent the right amount of time with us that made our visit feel valued and appreciated. Based on her service, I would rate 7 stars if I could. We have found our favorite steak & seafood place, and it's Firebirds.
10 s After an evening spoiling my wife at the mall she chose Firebirds for a late dinner. Usually we experience bad service or the food is rushed or not fresh when we order late from other restaurants. But Firebirds was by far that, the steaks were heaven in your mouth good. And the deserts were to die for. Our server was very kind, knowledgeable about the menu, she didnt make us feel rushed considering it was past 9pm on a Saturday. We left with full bellies and very satisfied. We definitely will be back.
This is an upscale restaurant that me and my family really enjoy. We've dined at several locations in the area. There always seems to be something we like on the menu. The portions are good and the meats are prepared and grilled to the temperature I asked for. My wife really raves about their selection of wines. The wait staff always seems to make an effort to be attentive, although on Friday night when the dining room is full, it can be a few minutes before you see your waiter, but I think that is same in any good restaurant. This is a popular restaurant, so on Friday and Saturday nights it's packed so try and make a reservation the afternoon of your evening out.
I have now used Firebirds for several business lunches. I love this location. They have a warm atmosphere, acoustics are great from a intimate business lunch to be able to converse with a group easily, their menu is one which supports many pallets and have a decent drink menu. Overall I highly recommend this location for business and personal outings alike.
Always delicious and the bread is amazing! My hubby loves the Ribs with a coffee flavored Bbq sauce. I love the Mixed Green Salad with Cilantro-Lime dressing. Bursting with flavor. Service is top-notch and both personal and professional! Great place for celebrating an Anniversary!
