There's nothing like having a mom and pop restaurant type of meal, and this place has it! The service isn't super quick, but the food is delicious! Nice to get the basket of chips and four types of dips prior to the meal. Also, the complimentary sopapilla for dessert is a nice touch!
For what it's worth I was disappointed.It took 10 minutes to get drinks and 25 minutes to get our food and the food was mediocre best. We didn't arrive until 215pm on a Monday so we missed the lunch crowd, the parking lot was empty and dinning room less than half full. I can't imagine why it took so long.I'll most likely never going back.There is much better Mexican in Chandler.
Finally found good Mexican food! I've taken quite a few family and friends here and they've all loved it. The 45 minute drive to get here is worth it! I love their enchiladas and my friend tried their fajitas and they really liked them!
Weve been here plenty of times but this last visit was worth leaving a few kind words over. Shout out to the young man named Brandon that was our server! Sweet kid with excellent customer service!! The food is always great. The drinks are even better. The happy hour is the main reason we come. We walked in around 6:30 on this visit so I had asked the hostess if I could buy some margaritas before happy hour was over and we missed the deal, she was happy to facilitate. When we were seated, we even had enough time to order another round on the discount, bonus points. The food is on point here. I highly recommend a cheese enchilada with a fried egg on top. The no meat plate is one of my favorites; cheese enchilada, bean taco and a Chile relleno. You cant go wrong stopping in here.
Rarely can you get true New Mexican red and green Chile in Phoenix. This is the place to go to get your Chile fix. Authentic New Mexican food. Good lunch prices and huge portions. Share with someone if you are a light eater. It is packed on Friday for lunch but worth the wait.
