Charlestons is always spot on with their service, quality, and value! Our server this afternoon, Amber, was absolutely delightful! She had several tables, but she remained bubbly and personable. My boyfriend and I usually share the ribs with the sauce on the side AMAZING! They are served hot and prepared to absolute fall off the bone perfection. Some other favorites include:-El Presidente- a very smooth, non-sweet cocktail-Enchilada plate- delicious chicken with a flavorful sauce-Chicken Club Salad- a proper dinner salad with fabulous croutons, yes, even the croutons should be recognized-Reuben Sandwich- look no further for one of the best ReubensThis has been our go-to restaurant for years. Hands down you cant find better service and outstanding quality at this price point and dare I say even pricier places?! Arent you hungry? Dont you need to go right now? Enjoy!
Really impressed with everything from the Hostess to our Waitress and especially the food. We ordered the Prime rib and Pork Chops. I would order both again anytime! The Prime Rib was as a nice perfect thick cut medium. The Pork Chops were the tastiest,juiciest medium I've ever had.
Came here because I had a craving for prime rib. The dish was quite good. Unfortunately, we were shown to a table right next to the kitchen (had a reservation) and it would be a 'significant wait' if I wanted another. The prime rib was decent and the bread was good, but I would probably not add this place to my regular list. Expect a family restaurant type environment with slightly upscale Southern food.
This place has a low light lodge like feel in the main dining room and light lively feel in the bar. Good location for business lunch/dinner because you can talk and not disturb/be disturbed by those around you. Also it would be nice for a romantic meal with a SO. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan burger (I'm not at all vegetarian but everyone suggested it and they were not wrong!) Large portion sizes and plentiful refills on soda. $$ Not terribly prices for the amount of food but lunch will still run you about $15-20 including tip.
I love the ambiance of this place! It's cool because the lights are basically just at each table leaving the walkways a bit dark. If you're looking at the person across from you it almost feels like there's no one else in the restaurant besides those at your table (except for the noise of people chattering at other tables). Even the servers seem almost invisible in their all black outfits when they walk by or just grab an empty glass from the table as they walk by. Besides the ambiance, the servers are great and very personable, and the food is AMAZING! The menu does not have a large selection, but there's always some off-menu items. All of it is good, though (my sister even liked the salmon, and she doesn't like fish). Great place, love it when we get the chance to go there.
