Worst company ever to rent from. Nothing was done in the house that was promised before move in date and no type of customer service skills from the person showing the residence. Never use this company they will charge you for everything when you move out including carpet cleaning and painting. My advice run

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible company to rent from. If I ever rented again I would never rent a home that was managed by this company. They are nice and accommodating up until you sign a lease. They raise the rent considerably each year. They are condescending, and threatening. If you can't or dont want to pay the increase in rent they don't care and threaten to kick you out. They are extremely rude. There is no room for mercy. They care for the bottom line only.
