I called about viewing a house recently. Didn't feel like the conversation was particularly warm or helpful. Regardless I scheduled a viewing of the house because I was very interested in it. I show up with my mother and the agent before he opens the door says 'if I show you this house you'll have to go with me as an agent'. The delivery of these comments were also cold and heartless. I explained to the realtor that I was not aware of those terms and felt that was incredibly rude. I left immediately and determined that I would buy a different house before I would allow Darwin Wall to get any business or profit from me.
