The ladies who work at Maclay are personable and respond quickly to inquiries. I feel that they care about me as a tenant as well as the property owner. They try to be a positive go between and try to find resolutions that are best for both parties. Are they successful ALL the time no. But I do know that they make the best effort to ensure my basic needs are met. I know they do what they can and at the very least my desires are heard and being heard is key for me. I thank them for the kindness and genuineness. I have had property management companies who only saw me as a cash dispensary with no care of how I feel , delay in maintenance requests or calls but sure cared about me making my monthly rent payment . Responses are clear and concise. I like the family environment and appreciate how from the moment I met them I felt important and welcome. Hey nowadays the little things matter. Best management company ever!They worked with us to find the right home for our family. Velesha and Brad helped us for years to make sure that our home was always taken care of through quick service tickets and prompt replies to any requests that we had. Rent prices didn't fluctuate and any renegotiation of the contracts were always fair. Even when we were ready to stop renting and buy a house they helped us with many options and connected us with the right people. In a more decade of renting apartments and houses, Maclay Real Estate was the best company to work with by far!
