By far this is my absolute favorite place to stay in the past 10 years. The staff is Unforgettable whatever means necessary to help make you feel comfortable and get you what you need. Please my home away from home I will definitely stay there again and I will definitely tell other people to stay there as well it's a perfect place to stay for the price
I thought the hotel was much newer and nicer than it was. I live nearby and stayed here for one night because my AC went out when the outside temp was 115 degrees. Popcorn ceilings??? The size of the rooms was bigger than expected. There was a not nice smell in the room like maybe it used to be a smoking room and they tried to clean it and make it non-smoking? The breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom in the rooms is poorly designed and not closed off from the rest of the room, so if someone needs light at night, it wakes up the other person.
Overall very clean, nice, refreshing hotel after many hours of traveling. We arrived around 9:30p.m. nobody was at the front desk, I had to wait a while until the girl came out of the Kitchen where she and a new girl were preparing food for someone staying in the hotel. We got checked in, called to order some food which we went and picked up about 30 min. Later. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious. The pillows on the bed were extremely hard and not comfortable but most hotels have soggy lumpy pillows so it was doable. Beds were comfortable, a.c. was quiet and worked great, there was food in the mini fridge left by a previous guest. We went to breakfast around 8:30 a.m. and it was completely gone. A few eggs, cereal, remnants of bagels, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, and a fruit compote was all that was left. I imagine had we arrived to breakfast earlier we would have had a chance at a great breakfast. Coffee was very good, nice and hot.Dining rooom was very stuffy and warm, some additional curling fans would be great .we will go back again, and look for these hotels in the future as we had been traveling for 2 weeks and staying at La Quinta Inns, and Best Western Plus paying far more for far less. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great price for a nice roomy room
This is a very clean place to stay. The staff were very friendly and took care of my request for an extra pillow and a blanket quickly. It is an older property but has been kept up and renovated through the years and has a currently modern decor. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the breakfast buffet was poorly stocked with hot items and a mess. By the time they set out new food the line of people waiting cleared what was put out and some were left waiting for more food to be put out 15 minutes later. There were stacks of dishes at every collection point despite what appeared to be an adequate number of staff working the floor.
Cons of Hyatt:1. Room too noisy, ones on front.2. Room height to small, if hands raised to remove t shirt, I touch the fire sensor3. Door does not auto close, you need to double check4. No electric kettle in room. How to make green tea?5. No fridge to fit juice and pizza boxes6. No body lotion7. No evening snacks, when for same price, we get in nearby hotels8. No water filter or water bottle in room. Saline Tap water?9. No universal plug, not even one. If you forget your own, just pray your laptop and mobile battery just survive till you reach office.Pros of Hyatt:1. Staff very helpful.2. Hotel located at walkable distance from Walmart, chandler fashion center and other Mexican, Italian, Indian restaurant.
