This is the second time we chose this hotel to stay but this time my wife with our baby girl had to wait an hour to get our room ready.. It wasn't pleasent, on top of that when we reserved the room they told us that our breakfast was going to be free whish it wasn't.. It was really disappointing.. Hopefully they do better job.. Front desk wasn't really friendly..
Great place to stay. Very clean & you can get free passes to an awesome gym if you like to work out.
Bed was like sleeping on a concrete pad. Room service trays left in hall for over 20 hrs. Nicest thing was the outdoor. Staff seemed confused. Would not recommend.
Nicely appointed, lots of comfort amenities like a fridge and a microwave. Ample space and storage. Spent most of my time at a charity event, so I don't know much about the pool or the gym.
Clean, nice room. Ac made a weird noise all night. Other than that, no complains
