Awesome room at a great price, definitely made our weekend trip to the Phoenix area more enjoyable! The exercise room is small and limited, but I was easily able to get sweaty. There is a large parking lot with multiple entrances. Their friendly staff was the cherry on top. They also offer free refrigerated bottles of water at the front desk.
Nice facility and location. This is an extended stay concept, meaning housekeeping does not perform a full service each day. That said, the staff did make the bed and tidy up the kitchenette today. I deducted a star due to some missing free weights in the workout area. Also, the only method for cooking in the room is by microwave, which is a limitation for people who prefer using pots and pans...
This is a beautiful clean Hotel in a very nice rural setting. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is nice and new and very modern. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. We left my son's cherished baby blanket in the room. I called that evening when we realized it was gone. Every one of the staff bent over backwards to find the blanket. The front desk staff, managers, and housekeeping staff all worked together to find the blanket. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel!
Beautiful room and nice amenities, comfortable and my kids loved the pool. Really like the fridge/mini kitchen. Overall very spacious. Bed linens very nice . My only request is to either provide black out curtains that can pull closed over the window or eye masks to guests as there's no way to cover the window and for light sleepers its hard to sleep with light coming in. Also our mattress sagged a bit in the middle so I kept rolling toward the center which wasn't great. Other than that, great place
The hotel was nice. Located right off the highway and easy to find. Only had queen beds in the hotel. I am a big guy so every time I rolled over I was hitting my wife. Maybe add a few king beds and in would give 5 stars
