To be honest, I had heard of Best Western but I had not heard of a Best Wester Plus before staying here. I'm really glad I now know of these little gems. The lobby was very nicely decorated. Our room was very nice and clean and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have enough outlets and USB ports for our electronics on the lamps and nightstand. Everyone was very friendly as well. I accidentally left something behind and they were kind enough to keep it until it could be retrieved. We did not get to enjoy their breakfast but they did have a great variety and it looked really good. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!
I always enjoy my stay at any Best Western I stay at but, this Best Western in Chandler Az does not have good cleaning service. We stayed at this hotel for a week and got our room cleaned ONCE. With one time being the only time our room was cleaned, they through the trash out, made the bed and gave us clean towels. They DID NOT CLEAN THE RESTROOM. When I spend my money with no discount included I deserve great service. We did speak to the manger about this issue and that's when we got our room cleaned once. Never had such poor service at Best Western. This hotel use to be my favorite.
Very clean and friendly staff. Nice and comfy rooms and beds. Complimentary breakfast which is very good by the way. Clean indoor pool and fitness room. Very nice and relaxing lobby and patio area. I really enjoyed my stay and would come again. Highly recommend
We had a six-night stay at this hotel and it was a disappointing experience. Out of the six nights, our room only received housekeeping for two days (out of five)! The hotel staff were friendly and the free breakfast was nice, but come on, housekeeping is a minimum requirement for hotel stays. The first time it happened (the day after our first night there), we communicated with the Front Desk and they promised to send someone up, so we left the hotel again. We returned after dinner and nobody came. We have a diaper dependent young child, so this was a pain given there were only two small trash cans in the room. Every day after that, we would communicate with the Front Desk when we are leaving (by 9 am) and when we expect to return (1 pm) so our toddler can nap and asked housekeeping be completed in the 4-hour window. Everyday we were reassured this would not be a problem and would be completed. Still, OUT OF FIVE DAYS (six-night) housekeeping only showed up on TWO DAYS! On the days they didn't show, we had to call and ask for towels and the trash be taken out. Upon checkout, I politely expressed our disappointment to the lady at the Front Desk. She apologized and said she will have the Manager call us on Monday. (He never did.) She said there had been a big party the night we first checked in, and the staff was overwhelmed. Okay, but that didn't explain the other two days (Thursday and Friday) that housekeeping didn't show up. The days after the big party, the parking lot was pretty scant so it wasn't like the hotel was packed all week. If the housekeeping staff was seriously overwhelmed, then communicate with us and at least take out the trash and replace some towels! I don't really care if the bed is made daily if the essentials are done. Nope. Just empty promises.This was my first time staying at a Best Western hotel and it was not a good first impression.
The hotel was busy with an event so we did not receive housekeeping service while we were out. We have a young child who naps between 1-3pm; we specifically requested that housekeeping be done before that time as there would be no housekeeping after our son wakes up from his nap. We have had no housekeeping service for two days in a row.UPDATE: Out of 5 days, we did not have house keeping for 3 days. THis is a basic responsibility of a hotel, I would say 50% of what they provide are clean sheets and towels along with a place to rest your head. I can understand if it is very busy and the staff gets behind, but that is your job to finish house keeping especially for the existing guests. Management said they would call us on 09-October-2018 regarding an adjustment of fare due to the lack of housekeeping. No call was received. I refuse to return to a hotel that cannot meet the basic requirements that it claims it can guarantee.
