I am so happy with our purchase!! Sarah was amazing ! The best customer service from a jeweler we've ever had. She was so informative and knowledgeable .... so helpful ! The management went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Keep up the great work !
Expectations: mall store diamond shop
Horrendous customer service with this store and manager. It's unfortunate they do not put the customers first, especially over a measly $35 issue and repair that was promised. I would suggest to shop else where as they are so wishy washy here. Thanks again Amber for loosing customers, you should get promoted.
