Waste of money.Went in to get a link on my watch fixed. The spot was pretty busy so they said it would take 45 minutes. No problem, Ill pick it up the next day.Stop in today and overhear the counter girl being condescending as hell to an older couple asking about a ring resizing, so that wasnt a good look for the business. I digress...Anyway, the girl shows me the repair at the counter and puts the watch in a bag and sends me on my way. When I got home I pulled out my watch from the little plastic bag but the replacement pin was halfway out of the watch. I pushed it back in but I just spent $19.95 on a repair that was half assed.Honestly, I wish I had my money back. 1/10 would not recommend.
Excellent, quick service (I needed a new watch battery). The young man who helped me was friendly and professional. One year guarantee on the battery.
Very disappointed and disgusted! I'm disappointed that Forrest at The Chandler Mall MISLEAD me with my purchase of their LIFETIME Rhodium Service Plan which was the ONLY reason I purchased at Fast-Fix Trickery. Forrest and I had a fairly lengthy conversation about my son (currently deployed) serving in The United States Navy and that I wasn't in a hurry to get the ring back because I wouldn't need it until October when my Son is going to get down on one knee and purpose to his girlfriend! AFTER asking Forrest about other locations and further telling him that my Son currently lives in Florida. Forrest soon returned and said "Why yes we do!" What he failed to mention is their warranty is only valid at the Chandler and Scottsdale locations.....guess what folks my son will never be stationed here unless California drops off in the ocean! Now for the disgusting part!After I reached out to Forrest and thought surly he will have an explanation as to WHY he didn't tell me about the policy, but NO he didn't. So I asked to speak to a manager. He said, "I'll try and give my District Manager Matthew Wood a call" who basically said, "To bad" I then asked to speak to him..."NO way" Forrest said. So I asked to speak to the store manager and again I was told, "Well mama you got a good deal for the work we did and there's nothing we can do about it. She continued,......"Normally that service cost way more than that."Coming from a customer service industry it blows my mind that they offered NOTHING, not even an apology! Shame on Forrest for not telling me the truth, shame on Matthew Wood for not offering some type of reimbursement, and shame on the store manager for not MANAGING her staff. If I could give zero stars I would.
We went into Fast-Fix to have my daughter's rings repaired. Her rings had been squashed after she smashed her finger between a table and a door. Alexis was wonderful, as she had the rings bent back into shape and went the extra mile to clean all of our rings. All the staff was very polite and helpful, with amazingly fast service. As we were waiting for the rings to be cleaned, they made sure we had no other questions or concerns.
I went in today after calling ahead to ask approximate prices for a watch clean and service. I was told prices start at $19.99 and increase depending on certain factors. Got to the store and was told due to the type of watch it was $59.99 service and battery plus $25 to add/remove a link. I felt the phone conversation could have provided a more accurate quote price (more questions asked) and also would have been to be told about the extra $25 to add the link (which was stated by myself that needed doing also.) A rather large jump from $20 to $85. Safe to say, I did not go through with the work.
