Buyer beware, this company is the worst place to buy jewelry from. I went in with the intention of putting a down payment on a setting for an engagement ring. I was the sole provider of the diamonds and specifically asked for a setting. Connie went out of her way to tell me that the best she could do was to set me up with a setting that cost $5000.00. I met with her over the course of a few months and let her know my concern with spending so much on just a setting. She assured me that she was giving me the best possible deal, when I asked if she could just take the diamonds out of the old ring she said oh no that would be considered custom and would be much more expensive first of all no it would not and second of all you Connie are a scam artist. I have taken lengths to secure the money she so blatantly stole from me. She advised me that she would not give me a refund when circumstances happened that led me to no longer complete the purchase, however there was never a contract signed, no exchange of any product by Arizona state law title 47 and 47-2718 she is required to give me at least 80% of the down payment back. I will go on to tell every person I know and meet to never shop at this establishment.
I had a couple of watches that needed battery replacements. I didn't think she did a very good job.
I have had several pieces of heirloom jewelry repaired here. Connie has always been helpful and pleasant. The work on my jewelry has always been great. I have also purchased jewelry here and am very pleased with it all.
