I love getting massages. The Hawaiian massage technique is the best massage I ever had! ... the infinity flow with the deep pressure is what I loved the most. I sign up for the membership because its totally worth it!.. I will highly recommend this spa because great costumer service,very professional, and friendly staff. Also I feel like Im on vacation because of the atmosphere.

I really enjoyed my massage from Nathan. I'm unfortunately a difficult person to massage because of my overly stressed and tense muscles on my back and neck that's work related, but he was able to use different techniques that actually worked! What I also enjoyed by him was that he didn't leaving me feeling drenched in oil like I have felt from other therapists in other massage businesses. For the facility, I would just recommend to have the option to play traditional spa music in the massage rooms since that atmosphere in those rooms is suppose to be relaxing and for clients like myself, we have to do deep breathing for the pressure on tense muscles. The building theme is Hawaiian and I feel the music is great for the shower/steam rooms, waiting area, treatment area, etc but it would just be nice if they have more of the relaxing music available for the massage rooms. Lastly, I had several certificates unused and I thought by bringing a few friends to use them on to show them the place would have been ideal and great for the business. They and myself thought the unused certificates would have covered the service and they would only be responsible for the gratuity. But they applied a fee on top of the certificate so technically even though I paid my monthly dues for them, and the Additional fee they had to pay on it, just didn't sit well with us. Usually a larger selling point is to have certificates cover the services since they're already paid for. Anyways, if you have tension headaches or feel the need for a deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Nathan.
Hit or miss as far as the therapists go. I've been twice, once was amazing, the most recent time left much to be desired. If my last visit had been my first I would not have gone back for a second visit.
After reading the reviews on this place I figured I'd better try it. Super glad I did the Lomi Lomi massage was awesome. DiDi was a fantastic therapist. I will be going back very soon!
