This is a personal experience for everyone who has a lot of distractions in life and just needs an hour of ME time. Its very soothing and meditative. Your body feels very good after a session. The staff is very nice and the oxygen bar is a great way to get back into life after this time of peace. IF YOU HAVE ANY STRESS IN LIFE - give yourself a moment - I HIGHLY SUGGEST TRYING THIS
I did not react well at my first visit at the float spa. I got very nauseated and had to leave early. Today I had a second visit and it was great. Still next time if i go i will tell the staff to decrease the temperature of the water. I feel that will help even more. The staff during my 2nd visit was wonderful. Thanks so much all.
One of my co-workers had a bunch of extra float so they gave me one to try and I'm so glad that they did. The atmosphere here is very calming and the staff very informative. Each pod room has its own private shower so you're able to wash down before you get into the pod. I'm definitely one of those people that have a hard time shutting off my mind so for the first 15min it was more of an internal struggle to be able to relax. But once I was it was a total peaceful surreal feeling. The whole thing lasted about an hour inside the pod. Once you go back to their grooming area they had brushes all kinds of moisturizers for your skin even had little organic candy pretty cool. We went and hung out in their oxygen room for about 30 minutes they have an assortment of different flavors you can choose her. They also have this tea that they serve you I don't know how to explain it was so good. I probably drink half of the tea pot no joke. They even had these books you can right down your personal experiences with the flow with how it heal turn ear is your life just over all your spiritual feelings. I read a few of the peoples and their stories are absolutely phenomenal. I was literally brought to tears. I definitely would come back and recommend it
Floated for the first time on Wednesday night and it was incredible! The staff at True REST were so friendly and kind. This is an incredibly welcoming environment, and the owner is a beautiful soul. If you haven't tried this wonderful experience, please do. They truly do live up to their name. I have felt incredible the last 2 days, and while this may not seem like a big deal to most, I actually underwent a major surgery yesterday and should not feel as well as I do. That was part of the reason I decided to float when I did. I have been out and about today and feel amazing for the first time in probably 7 years. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This place is a Godsend!
Outstanding staff who are all very friendly and engaging. Love visiting for the float sessions, naturally, but also to chat with the staff after each float. They always use my name and engage with open ended questions. Never once have I met an employee who was disinterested or unfriendly. Seriously, if you are a business owner and never would think about a float tank session, consider visiting for the sheer purpose of competitive insights. For those of you unfamiliar with float tanks I encourage you to read up. You'll be pleasantly surprised to learn about the positive efffects of floating. And of all the float spas you could visit, True REST is the best.
