Exceptional experience with this plumber. Kristin in the office was delightful and efficient. Cameron arrived on time and was great. Answered my million questions, was patient and knowledgeable, gave me several options, fixed a minor problem that I'd called about, took a look at other things I asked him about, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will call them for anything plumbing-related with full confidence.
The Ben Franklin team is very professional and friendly. Kristin took my call and ensured she got someone over the same day (in fact, within about an hour!) to address my issue. She kept me apprised of the progress until Joe's arrival. Joe was very knowledgeable and deliberate in his work, and tackled a very challenging problem for us. He was always careful to take care of our furnishings as he worked. Joe was also very helpful in terms pointing out ways to take the best care of our plumbing as our house gets older. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. Strongly recommend Ben Franklin and would definitely call them again!
After our water tank gave way and flooded a closet and office flooring I didnt know who to turn to. I Googled plumbers in this area and Benjamin Franklin had a good rating, was accredited and with the BBB so I called. The person that took my call was very pleasant and concerned about my situation. She would set up a service call and let me know who would be coming. The service rep also called 30 minutes before arriving and I was sent an email with the picture of the service rep so I would know who would be coming to my door. I liked that safety feature. Once Paul arrived he assessed the situation and explained exactly what he would be doing and gave me some options to choose from. Because of the water damage he recommended a restoration company that would help us dry out the rooms to avoid mold damage. The water tank was replaced and the following day a water softener was installed (one of the options). Was very happy I had called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. All work was explained prior to being done and then the work was done professionally by wonderful young men. Great job gentlemen!
Everybody was "way most excellent" :-)! Carey was great on the phone from the time she answered until we had the job scheduled and the call ended. If I wanted, I could have had someone here within an hour! Scheduled it for the same day. I received a call from Kristen when Cameron was about 30 minutes away and he arrived right at the beginning of the "window". I received an email telling me that Cameron was the technician assigned and it had his picture. Extremely personable and very good at what he does! Excellent job and was finished in about 1 t to 2 hours. Kristen called back the next day to find out how everything went. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benjamin Franklin to anyone. Will definitely call them for any plumbing needs!
We had Trever out today for our whole-house Plumbing Report Card. He was very thorough, efficient and friendly. We had him out a year ago for our water heater and he remembered us as if he had been out a week ago. That kind of personalized customer service is hard to find!
