If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a leak in our water line running into our home. My husband dug up and exposed the leaky section of pipe and called when they opened at 7:30am. They said they would send out someone between 8 and 4. So we make sure we have someone here all day. Nobody shows up. My husband can't get ahold of anyone in their office until 7pm, at which time they tell us that they'll have to charge us their after hours rate! My husband explains that that is absurd, because we were supposed to be serviced between 8-4 and it's not our fault that their plumber didn't plan his day out better. So they agree to waive the after hours fee. Plumber comes out, puts a coupling on the pipe and leaves within ten minutes. Doesn't wait to see if the fix works once the water is turned on. Has the nerve to tell my husband as he walks back to his truck,"by the way, this work isn't warrantied or anything". They proceed to charge us 450 dollars. Which we later found out included their after hours fee. Fast forward three weeks. The coupling their plumber used was a cheap POS and breaks. My front yard is a muddy moat. My husband tries to call and see if someone can come out and fix it correctly, and gets a line of B.S. about the office not being open yet at 7:15 an and that he will have to call back at 7:30. So when he does call back at 7:30 he gets no answer. He calls multiple times over the course of the day. By the time he can finally get someone it's after hours (imagine that!) And they say that he needs to call back in the morning and they will send someone out, but they refused to send their after hours person out to repair something they messed up in the first place. Don't use this plumber. They only care about your money and will not be on time, fix your issue correctly, or make themselves available to correct their own mistakes.
We contacted ABC Plumbing to have a misting system installed at our home in Chandler. We had the plumber come to the house and give us his bid in person. We were told that the system they put in would include a pump obtained from their specialty supplier in Phoenix, as it would be much more quiet than anything we could buy from the local hardware stores. It was also to have an exterior GFI electrical outlet outside next to the pump assembly. We were charged $1200 before the work was completed. What was actually installed six days later was a pump system that we later matched model number to model number to what is currently a $99 base model sitting on the shelf at Home Depot. The pump is so loud you can't sit anywhere near it. The electrical connection was completed by means of drilling a one inch hole from outside through our dining area wall and plugging the GFI equipped plug into an existing interior wall outlet. That was then patched with white bathroom caulking, which dried unevenly and is now a large dimple in our interior wall. We did not receive quality materials, nor the level of craftsmanship you would expect, and the price was exorbitant. Our call to their office was never returned. Can't expect to get more than one star for that level of performance.
By far the most honest and competent plumbers in the valley. I have a business that shares drainage with other tenants here in the east valley. Tenants, landlord and myself had a total of 3 plumbers on 4 occasions come out in the past 4 days to address blockage issues. None of them fixed the problem. ABC cane out first thing this morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. Dont make the same mistake as we did, Call ABC first!
I have used ABC plumbing for a variety of jobs (repairs, renovations etc.) for my business and have nothing but good things to say about these guys.Simply put;Fast- They're quick to respond, they're quick on site, and they're quick to get the job done without sacrificing proper workmanship. There's never been a time where they're standing around trying to catch a breather or smoking a cigarette like some other companies I've used.Friendly- From speaking with the receptionist on the phone to the actual repairmen. You'll never sense the slightest bit of attitude or annoyance. This is something to me that speaks a lot about character. Reliable- I can depend on ABC to take care of business. Never have to keep tabs, never have to call and bug them about anything. Their work is great and they get the job done right the first time.This review is far overdue and I feel like this company deserves some proper recognition.Thank you ABC Plumbing!
I would give this company ZERO stars if Google had a rating below 1 star...This company and it's owner is so dishonestKitchen drain was backed up. Called and described the problem and they advised that it would be $79 service call which seemed reasonable. Technician showed up diagnosed the problem (clogged p trap) and said it would be $313 to fix it. As I had water running out of the cabinet onto the floor, I had no choice but to pay it. Technician was at my house 30 minutes. $626 per hour!!!??? Called to speak with the owner and left messages 4 times! No response. Finally reached a sales manager who said he would call back and never heard back from him. There are much better options in the valley. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!
