I tried this place out, and after numerous sessions I realized I had not improved in either strength or simple functional calisthenics. Good look and building, but beyond that I would not recommend...

I love Triplex Training! Great gym for all levels. I love the group classes but they also offer personal training if that's what you're looking for. Knowledgable, friendly staff and great community feel amongst members. They offer a lot of variety and modifications for an amazing full body workout. I saw results after just 2 weeks!
