These guys are great! I love the motivation and help I get from the trainers. They're so energetic it makes it fun. It's amazing to me the workout I get in 30 minutes. I'm exhausted, but always looking forward to another round. Thank you!
I like the flexible hours, and the ever-changing compound exercises. But that's the cliche things that any 9 Round customer would say. As for my specific 9 Round Gym? The trainers keep me coming back. I think there is an inherent level of trust that is demanded by any gym member for a trainer, but the trainers at my particular gym (9 Round Chandler - Ray) go above and beyond to earn my trust, work within my specific comfort levels, while still pushing me to new physical limits. They treat you like a person, they establish a relationship in order to recognize your strengths and weaknesses so they can truly tailor the workouts to you. It adds a level of personalization that I don't see anywhere else. I look forward to going to the gym, to see what regimen the folks at 9 Round have cooked up. The gym has become a community. And it's refreshing.
The Best 30 Minutes of the Day! A great all around workout for ALL fitness levels. No class times, your 30 minutes start whenever you get there. Trainers are always there to show you what to do, help you through it and encourage you to give it that little extra push. They can drop it down a notch or two for the beginners or kick it up for the veteran exercise enthusiast. There are no two workouts the same. I have over 300 workouts in and have never done the same one twice. You never know what to expect when you get there but you can be sure it will be high energy fun, leaving you wanting to come back again and again. I highly recommend giving it a try!
