This location is awesome! Ive had numerous experiences with u-haul due to me moving different places within the valley. The employees here are great. One in particular by the name of Kaylee sets the bar
good shop. Been here multiple times for daily rentals of trailers and trucks. Equipment is always functional and works as advertised.

called them first to make sure they had propane and a technician available. they confirmed and I made the long trek over. once I got there the rude manager stated I got the wrong information and that it wasnt working. I think they were just too lazy. dont expect to serviced well here!!
Dealt with incompetence on multiple occasions with their employees all the way up the manager. When they are in the wrong they will either get rude or go on a power trip and make up rules to cover themselves. Treat your customers with respect.
