This property is amazing! Unit is extremely clean, and the manager Eric was extremely helpful and friendly! The property has a car wash with free vacuums, free ice, and plugins for the RV spots. The lanes are extra wide to maneuver moving trucks and trailers around.
The facility is new to the area. I sits in a prime spot because of the travel corridor for Interstate 10, east and westbound, to and from Phoenix in the fair city of Chandler. Two people in the office; both with smiles on their faces and nothing but a desire to serve you (sell you something). No one ever gets talked about in a positive light for selling you something that you came here specifically to get...there was no arm twisting! I was not told, "well, the special ends today!" Gabby gave me choices and Elvis was a true scholarly gentlemen as he showed me the location, the ins and outs of the gate set up and not to bully me, reminded at least thrice during my 45 minute visit, that the facility was opened early at 6 am and closes at 10 pm, two facts I will not forget. I have been very happy with my experience with Tower Storage. The storage grounds and unit itself are clean, very well built and in great condition. Many different amenities are available. Recently I needed more storage and was taken care of by Eric. Even though is was only minutes from closing time, he showed me units and took the time to make for a smooth transition from one unit to two larger units. Thanks Eric!
Elvis the manager was beyond helpful! We went there planning to check it out and were so impressed we signed up for storage! Very professional and the facility is immaculate!
I rented a storage unit feom Eric today at the Chandler location. He was great...very patient, polite and knowledgeable of all offerings and company info. Also, very secure. Door all locked and the unit was being shown. I would recommend this place and Eric. Thank you!
