40% off candle and soap-making loot at HL is a good time. Good deals on their baskets and floral items, too. I go in without budget expectations and end up leaving with stuff I need. Do wish they had a larger area for the candle and soap/fragrance crafts. Apparently it's not a very common hobby, which is more of a reason for me to be into it.
