Almost a 5 , one of the few remaining indoor malls in the Valley that is still vital and active with all the good stores and not just"filler" stores. They also have the people who do excellent chair massages or you can upgrade to a full healthy massage at a good price. Lots of wonderful restaurants. The only thing it's missing is more fun things for little kids. I still highly recommend.
Rate atmosphere and comfort and safety... All get 5 stars. Compared against the Arizona Mills... That mall us full of characters of questionable morals and intent. It is not safe, it is not comfortable... And that place feels dirty and second rate at best.Chandler Fashion on the other hand, is very friendly, feels safe, it's comfortable, clean and the people (staff and customers) appear happy and friendly.
Nice upscale mall. Major retailers and average food court, but has some good places to eat in close surroundings. Attached movie theater has the reclining seats. Best Buy across the parking lot. Lots of parking as one would expect. Next to major highway intersection - 101 & 202
One of my favorite valley malls! Great stores, restaurants and early bird mall walking! Always clean and inviting and never feels like it's about to go out of business, like so many malls lately. The doors open at 6am for mall walking, but it still gets kinds hot during the summer as if the air isn't always turned on overnight, so bring your water! But always nice and cool by the time the mall stores open at 10am.
If for whatever reason, I absolutely HAD to go to a mall. This would be the mall. The access is pretty easy, plenty of parking and the layout is simple. Good visible security presence, they even contract out local LEO on busy weekend nights. The core mall staff are friendly and super helpful in pointing you in the right direction if you're searching for a store.
