Good customer service, friendly staff. Love the food. They just have too many options on the menu. Really like the chicken samosas and crab crispy bites from appetizer. And obviously love their strawberry cheesecake.
My husband's parents introduced me to the Cheesecake Factory. We visit with them several times a year. Overall, I've always been really pleased with the food. Ordered the fish and chips on Saturday. Not gonna lie, it was not good. Soggy batter on the outside. Really bland. The fries definitely seem to be just regular frozen fries. It's not that surprising given the vast size of their menu. My son liked his chicken strips. Everyone who got burgers enjoyed them. And I've previously had a few good salads from here.I'm sure we'll be back, but I won't be giving the fish and chips a second try.
Devine goodness, always enjoy the aesthetics and enormous menu options. But considering restaurants are trying to provide healthier meal options I wish they would here as well. The sodium and calorie content is the equivalent of several cheat meals. The prices are a little high for the quality but portions are always large enough to share. I personally don't mind but it is obvious they have cut down the size of cheesecake slices. My favorites are the pot stickers, chopped salad with bacon and diced green apples, and chocolate mousse cheesecake which is rich enough to share or save half for the next day. We buy a whole cheesecake for special occasions too but plan ahead as they are shipped frozen from CA, allow 1.5 hours to thaw before serving.
I was so looking forward to eating here, I've generally enjoyed it. This was a disappointment. There was none of that wonderful dark bread they usually have. All three of our entrees were stone cold! I couldn't believe the nerve, that the food had obviously sat around for ages after it was made. No apology, she just whisked the food away.The manager stopped by and got us a soup and a salad to combat our hunger. Once the entrees came, they were good. I had some kind of Thai chicken pasta. Loved it, but it wasn't all worth the wait. It wasn't even very busy.
I love this location. This is the nicest and prettiest location ever! The service is amazing, and the food is incredible! I've purposely been coming to this location for the last 10 years, and it's always been such a special experience!
