good service, fast delivery, nice veggie sandwich except for shorting me on the cheese : making $8.15 somewhat expensive
Staff needs to learn their sandwiches. I placed an online order for a #14 Bootlegger which is roast beef and Turkey online... when I got home I unwrapped my sandwich and it was roast beef and provolone... no big deal at this point mistakes happen. I go back to Jimmy Johns and they remake the sandwhich..... I checked to make sure the sandwich is correct it was roast beef and provolone again..... I asked for my money back. The manager looked confused like he didn't know his menu. This is the first and last time I will go to this location
Ive had this place deliver in 10 minutes, and an hour and 10 minutes. Hit or miss. So fast you'll freak, or so slow you'll freaking starve
I have been to a lot of different jimmy john's but I felt like I should leave a 5-star review here because the staff was so great. Very friendly, and very quick
Instead of freaky fast this place is just freaky rude. I used to think this place was amazing. Then prices shot up and the quality stayed the same. Today I walked in to get some lunch and after completing my order I wanted to make a business call. I politely asked the staff if they would oblige and turn down music for a few moments while I made a phone call (it was really loud). The manager straight up told me no and said it had to be kept at a certain volume. So much for customer service.
