Poor service. Be aware that the amount they quote you over the phone for the remaining balance that you owe after to have scheduled the pick-up of the furniture may not be correct. In fact, after paying that amount and having the furniture picked up I get a call from their collection department a month later I owe more money. I explained to the collector ( Doug Penzel) what I was told, what I paid and when. He said that those people are not trained correctly and that they mess up all the time and that the info they provided me was wrong. How can I trust whos telling me the truth at this company now. Ive never missed a payment in my life. Its always the people who make or break a business. Poor job Doug
It's a nice place to shop for furniture, feel comfortable looking around as long as I want to since the staffs are also very nice, I thought they would be annoyed with my never ending questions since I'm picky but well things turned out to be far from my expectation, recommended place to shop for furniture! and the price is also friendly.
