UPDATE: After speaking with the store manager the issues listed below were taken care of and we are happy. We love the entertainment stand and even more now that its electric outlets can be utilized ;-). Bought a full wall entertainment stand. Love the product however the delivery people are less than stellar. Horrible delivery customer service, damaged the unit when he put his knee through the door and then tried to lie because he didn't think I saw him. They didn't plug the unit in so it has no power, when they returned to repair the door they refused to move the unit and plug it in even though I was told by a store manager they would. Juat left with a sour taste and more than likely will go elsewhere. When you spend $$$ on an item you would expect people to take better care. The stand itself is great, the salesman was good, the delivery personnel very lackluster. Complained the entire time about their job. Just not satisfied with my experience.
Jamal Naser was the best. Not only introduced himself and left us be to look around without pressure, but was there with everything we needed. American Furniture had just what we were looking for after spending the previous day looking at all the other stores. AND, not special order, in the warehouse and being delivered in the week! Outstanding!
Interesting furniture store. To me the showroom seems really cramped. Lots of furniture to look at. Aisles tend to be cluttered. Prices tend to be high. We looked around but did not find anything that we liked that did not seem like it was over-priced.
I love my new mattress set and the price I paid for it. Ray and his team were amazing and treated us like the valued customers we are. Some stores treat customers like money American furniture Galleria treats you like a valuable customer and wants to make sure your happy. Yelp is not helping anyone by its rating of this store Google is lower then I feel they deserve but does them justice. If you do have a problem by some chance they will fix it as fast as possible.
I love my bedroom set and the services is great. Will come back for patio furniture next summer. Thank you!
