Personal service and a great collection of shoes styles and brands you can't find anywhere else! Nice shop in downtown Chandler is well worth the drive. The owner is very knowledgeable about shoe styles and fitment and will gladly order and ship anything they don't happen to have on hand.
Every time I'm in Phoenix, I make it a point to drive over to Shoe Thrill in Chandler. Though it's a little out of the way, and sometimes costly in time with traffic, the effort is absolutely worth it. The store's staff is always so courteous, knowledgable, and eager to help me find the best set of shoes for my tastes and needs. The owner Carissa Krausman is exceptional in ascertaining the information needed to provide the best compliments to my personal style, I've witnessed her do this many times for others as well (including elderly women, younger folks, older gentlemen and 30-somethings like me). I always get a big smile when I walk through the door from Carissa, which is really comforting to know someone has made the effort to remember her customers, and always leave with a great pair of comfortable, and damn fancy shoes. Great work Shoe Thrill staff!!
