I was working for this company and i had completed about 10 jobs for them with another roofer. The field supervisor offered me a new contract with a roof that I was not qualified for. the pitch was ridiculous could not walk on it and we spoke through a lot of recorded messages about it but he encouraged me and pushed me to get on the roof, tear it off and install it. when it leaked before I got to finish the install when it rained the day after we had worked from 6am-7pm. It literally got dark working in that Phoenix heat, it was a tough day, overall a tough job. They had the nerve to fire me and not pay us for spending close to two weeks on that job. After all the hard work and time and money spent driving back and forth from Tucson to Peoria. The owner says the house suffered a lot of damages so he dont want to pay me, shouldnt there insurance cover the damages? Idk I just feel like a credible company will cover all there bases and not paying there employees because they had to use there insurance is crazy. I understand it became real problematic dealing with the issues caused by the rain but I spent a lot of money trying to complete that job, its funny to because the field supervisor Robert helped me cover that roof with tarps before the rain hit. Yet he kept his job and he got paid that week. . I WARN YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY IS CORRUPT. I WILL BE FILING A REPORT TO THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS.
My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with Payne Roofing. We had just moved out here from Wisconsin, We were hit with a bad storm ripping shingles off, water coming into the house. Slate Restoration recommended Payne Roofing, . Geoff came out that evening. he gave us a estimate. I emailed Geoff to let him know the insurance company was coming. He made sure he was here to answer any questions that the insurance company might have. Robert was the gentlemen from Payne that was our contact person on site. He made sure he had talked to us everyday to keep us in the loop . The work was done efficiently and everyone was very professional and courteous, We would recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you so much for everything. Robert & Irene

You can tell Payne cares about their level of customer service. They showed great patience with all of my questions. Ryan was very thorough in his evaluation of the scope of work my home needed. They expect to earn your trust and work hard to complete the job to your satisfaction. I'm very happy with Payne.
I watched someone who was driving a Payne roofing truck give bottle of water to a homeless guy sitting outside in the sun. He was eating at Jimmy John's by MCC he even thoughtfully took his phone call outside even though it would have been an accessible environment to take the phone call within the air conditioned Jimmy John's. If I ever need a roof this will be the first place I call.
