Unfriendly! It baffles me how employees are still employed with such rude attitudes. This starts at management where there seems to be none present. I would highly recommend an evaluation of this establishment. This is not how to treat people. America is already is in turmoil... we have to help one another not just assume you know someones situation and treat them like poop. Also a smile goes a long way when answering a phone. If you are misrable at your job dont work there. No above and Beyond here folks. Just know when you call you will be treated like dirt. Way to go Chandler!
