Thankful. That is what I am for Kinect PT - I have had physical therapy there for three different problems over the last few years and have had great results! Everyone from the front desk staff to the therapy assistants and the therapists themselves are professional and excellent at what they do. They listen, evaluate and come up with a personalized plan which I appreciate.Here's how much I confidence I have in their treatments - my first two times they participated in my insurance plan. This time they are no longer in network (a disappointment for sure) but I decided to use them anyway and pay my deductible out of pocket. Do I wish it wasn't so? Yes. But is it worth the expense ? Yes.

Being a coot with a myriad of orthopedic ailments I have been to several physical therapy facilities in the Chandler & Phoenix area. Kinect is my favorite, hands down. The staff is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly yet very professional. The therapists and the techs care about you. The facility is always clean.All-in-all the very best in my experience.
Great staff that care about what they do. Plenty of people making sure you move through your therapy quickly and efficiently. Staff all call you by name and make your visits personalized. I would recommend them for anyone needing to recover from injury or surgery, I've been here for both.
Great facility and staff! Kelsey and Tori have put me on the road to recovery for my sciatica. I'm very happy with the progress I was able to make with their exercises.
