After patiently waiting 3 weeks for PODS to pick up our PODS the driver picked up one pod and not the other. He said Someone should be by later today to pick up the other pod.After several hours on hold and several phone calls, we found out the second Pod was never scheduled and that it would take another month for pick up. PODS freely admits their mistake and told us a local Phoenix manager was emailed regarding the situation and would be in contact ASAP. That was three days ago and no call no email. We have since spent several hours on hold trying to speak with a Phoenix manager. After spending several thousands of dollars with PODS they have made our move an absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend using PODS.
I give them five stars because they worked with me to change the pickup date. At first we were going to have to wait three weeks, but after calling around, I got them to work with me. I would recommend making sure of the final pickup date well in advance to ensure convenience.
