They have a daycare center in-house. Amazing. And there were kids in there. A brand new bar 2.so I sat and had one.the girl was super nice and gave me the run down on all drinks available. It was just me and her.so I thought it was nice of her. Plus she had no one else 2 talk 2 anyway. But still professional. The movie was ok.and the bathroom kept up . didn't have any problems getting a ticket. Parking was full.so a bit of a walk unless u opt-out for valet parking. Which is still a little walk.good luck 2 u.
The new reclining seats are great. Comfy. Harkins has done a good job of spacing the seats with enough room to walk by even when seats are reclined (at least in theater 10 where i was last night), I've been in other reserved-seat theaters where you by get past people's feet. Loving the new setup!
Good movie selection. Way over-priced matinee tickets. Really weird popcorn toppings that make your hands sticky and taste too strong. Woman behind the counter was downright rude. Need to fire that one. There was something really really sticky all over the floor in the theater. Sound so loud it caused me physical pain. People talking on cells during the movie. A lot of money spent on an unpleasant experience. Not at all enjoyable
Purchased tickets FIVE days in advance for reserved seats. Right before the movie starts, we were told by an employee that they "had to move our seats" so they could sit a larger party together. They moved us further back and no where near we had originally chosen and paid for. What's the point of paying for reserved seats when they'll put you wherever they want to accommodate last minute sales? Poor customer service and so disappointing.
I came to this theatre, with a kids summer program, every week for three months. The employees were fairly good with the kids, helping them figure out how much things costed vs how much money they brought. But, every single time area behind the counter where the employees were running around making food was disgusting and covered in popcorn. The service for hot food was always slow. The price to food ratio is ridiculous, even for a movie theatre. It is nice that this theatre has a child-sitting area for while parents are at movies and the upgraded seating is a plus, but other things need to be worked on to make this a truly awesome theatre.
