2nd person here for our kids passport at 7:30 am. The security officer made me go to the other entrance door at 7:50 behind 20 people. I suggested they put a sign up aso to which door passport people should stand behind. He was a total price about about it and didn't give a crap about my frustration. All America city is a load of crap! Don't come here looking to be treated nicely!!!
