I am very happy with the services of this firm. My divorce is complete and I could not be happier. They took care of anything. I am a very busy guy and I did not have to worry about anything. I was kept informed through the entire process. I really feel like I was properly guided and represented. And to top it off, the fees and costs were very reasonable. The whole process costed less than I expected and that is appreciated when going through such a difficult situation. This place will take you for all you have!!!! All I needed was a simple stipulation created (and filed since I live out of state). The 1/2 hour "free" consult was 15 minutes with an attorney AT HOME rushing to get to a doctor's appt. Nothing was explained as to what was needed or what the services from this firm would be until I questioned it when I was told to put more money in the account. I was told this stipulation would only cost $500 at MAX.....but they wanted $750 just so they didn't have to "chase me down if it cost more" per the attorney, Rich. By the time they were done charging me for all their emails "explaining their scope of work", it cost $1,000! The fee agreement says one thing (to provide a detailed history of your case) and the attorney says to go over the current order to see if anything else needs to be changed....so I did...and was told this is not what they want. From that point on, everything was backwards and it was all my fault for not asking more questions. The "paralegal" had to revise things several times because she didn't pay attention to emails, then I was charged for them to "explain in detail" their scope of work I supposedly hired them for? She still messed up the child support worksheet and now the Attorney General is wanting to review the case. This place is a joke and I would NEVER recommend them.....unless you get everything in writing as to what they will be doing for you BEFORE paying a dime!!!! This was actually told to me by the attorney also...what a joke!

Above and beyond service!Was able to get my case taken care of with enough money left over to take care of a few extra things! The staff responds to email right away! I was shocked to get a reply in the evening, way after business hours. The staff is extremely friendly as well! When you're in a depressed mood because of your situation, it's nice to see that help has a smile on their face. "Cold or room temperature bottled water?". I've never been given that option anyplace! Short back story: Single father, went away for training and came home to an empty house and my daughter gone. Her mother refused to let me be apart of her life anymore, but took me to court for child support.As a single father being bullied by a violent ex, I really felt helpless and lost tons of sleep. It felt like the world was against me. That all changed when I was referred to this firm! The opposing party had an aggressive attorney and my ex refused to agree with equal time.I really can't say enough how grateful I am. They stood up for me when it felt like the world was against me. This firm literally changed mine and my daughter's life! You get what you pay for so ask yourself, what would you give to protect your rights? I can tell you first hand I lost a lot not calling them sooner.
