I have been with Joe's agency for 5 years now and have had multiple claims, one where I totaled my vehicle. Farmers paid me out more than my vehicle was worth on Kelly Blue Book and Joe's staff kept me informed through the whole process. Whenever I have a question, they're quick to answer and follow up with professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend them and love the personal service where they know who I am when I call!
I normally dont write reviews, but I have never been so frustrated with a company . My grandfather had insurance with this office and passed away. I have been trying to get a call back since August to resolve an issue and left countless messages with no return call . I didnt think that having a personal agent branch was supposed to be this difficult.
