I went to Alex for a haircut and am very satisfied. She was very nice and did a great job. They cut a good 6 inches of hair off that I desperately needed gone. Even though they were running an hour behind I wasn't that upset about it because they did an awesome job. I definitely reccomend!
I had just gotten my hair done by another stylist at another studio, unfortunately the stylist butchered my hair. When I got home and saw how bad it was I immediately called Toni & Guy (should have just come here in the first place) and asked if they had any cancellations for same day or the next day (I was going out of town 2 days after my hair cut). Anyway they were able to get me in with Q and he fixed the mess she had left behind. My hair smelt of cigarettes from the other stylist so he washed my hair and cut it the right way. In order to get my hair even and correct it he had to take off an extra inch and start the tapering higher. So thankful I was able to get in to see him, again should have just gone to him in the first place. Thank you Q for fixing my hair and making it pretty again :)
Destiny is awesome with her hair styling skills. I have gone to her now two time's & she does a great job. They do sell products but they certainly don't try to force them on you. They are conveniently located & they are open evenings & Sunday's .
For the first time in my life, I absolutely love the haircut I got and didn't go home and try to "fix it." Not only did Destiny create the most beautiful hair I've ever had, she took into great consideration the style I was wanting, the way my hair fell and my hairline, and the kind of daily maintenance I was willing to put into it in order to give me the best possible outcome. Her talent truly shows in her work. I'll absolutely be going back forever.
Staff was very friendly and service was great. I really love my hair cut and style. My complaint would be that they wouldn't allow me to add tip on to a credit card and very high pressure to sell product where I didn't want to buy any product until I could see how it felt in my hair but buying product was the only way I could get a tip on my credit card. I did purchase product but am considering returning it since now that I've had it in my hair for a day, I'm not a huge fan. I would return but would make sure to have cash tip and be firm on no pressure sales on products.
