I ordered online for next-day delivery, and I was impressed with the fact that I received an emailed photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered, including the card. I requested the arrangement be sent prearranged in a vase, because I think it's more convenient for the recipient rather than boxed delivery. They are a little expensive, but no more than you'd pay elsewhere. I'd rather pay for a fresh, local arrangement with stellar customer service and the convenience of online ordering with an emailed photo of the actual arrangement delivered than pay the same amount for something shipped in a box FedEx.
Ordered 2 separate flowers for the bride and groom,to be delivered early before wedding, when I called the florist to inquire about delivery(I live out of state) I was told they couldn't get a answer on the phone # I give them,so instead of calling me to get another number, they left them at a neighbors house and they got the flowers after the wedding,The lady also promise me she would send a picture of them to my cell phone and she didn't do it,when I called back, she said she would send it now, this was Friday,today is Tuesday,I still don't have a picture. Will not use again.
